Rachataphan brings over three decades of legal practice in Thailand, including his tenure as Head of the Litigation Department at one of Bangkok's leading international law firms. He is well regarded for his expertise in corporate restructuring, international trade disputes, and commercial claims before the International Trade Court.

Worradaluck advised international clients at a leading German law firm for years before co-founding the practice. She leads direct client communication and project management, with specialist expertise in complex litigation strategy, bankruptcy proceedings, and corporate structuring for new investments.

Phaeophan brings a broad legal spectrum to the firm, handling matters from personal disputes to complex juristic entity cases, civil and criminal charges.
